As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a key role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize production cost management through CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- Direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify post-implementation.
- Participate in the budget planning process by developing labor and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
