Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

Toyo Tires N.A. is looking for a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As the Senior Cost Analyst, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs in collaboration with Japan, and analyze project ROI. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage production costs in partnership with Japan utilizing CADIOS.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Develop annual budgets for labor and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
