Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW).
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
