Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our passionate team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges and concerns they may face.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
- Assist individuals with adjustment to institutional living and other common issues.
- Offer counseling for emotional support and addressing end-of-life issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
