Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, assisting with a wide range of common issues.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
- Provide counseling related to end-of-life care and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification is preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
