Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. The role involves addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW.
