Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your role will involve addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide clinical social work services.
- Address common problems faced by patients and families.
- Participate in discharge planning and bereavement counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
