Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Special Procedure Tech to join our team at Corewell Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures. From pre-procedure care to post-procedure monitoring, you will play a vital role in assisting physicians and ensuring top-notch patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during invasive procedures and provide technical support.
- Perform IV starts, prep patients, and manage vascular access sites.
- Operate equipment, document procedures, and educate patients and families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program or Cardiovascular Technologist program.
- Experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR procedures.
- Certified in BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications.
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
