Sr Manager, IT Products- Sales Technology

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, IT Products for Sales Technology to join our team at Nestlé Information Technology. As a key leader in the Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce division, you will be pivotal in supporting our North American Operating Companies with Sales Technology solutions. Your role will involve providing leadership, guiding the team, and enhancing business value through technology. Responsibilities

• Manage the Regional team for MSE Sales Technology, including people and resource management.
• Represent Sales Technology across the Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce area as a key leader.
• Scale Sales innovation initiatives across North America by influencing leaders and building business cases.
• Plan, manage, and communicate regional deployments of Sales Technology applications in alignment with global objectives.
• Oversee the deployment, sustainment, and evolution of Sales-related applications.
• Ensure team adherence to Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business and technology.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Business Technology and interpreting requirements for business and technical stakeholders.

Compensation

The approximate pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00, inclusive of performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage, 401k with company match, and other benefits.
