STAFF PHYSICIAN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Physician to join Comprehensive Community Health Centers Inc. In this role, you will provide primary and preventive care services to patients, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and ensure exceptional medical care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Stabilize and refer patients in need of urgent care to appropriate facilities.
• Complete patient charts and medical records accurately and promptly.
• Assist in obtaining lab specimens and completing administrative projects as assigned.
• Participate in on-call schedules and supervise mid-level providers within the specialty.
• Adhere to all medical office policies, procedures, and quality assurance activities.
• Communicate effectively with the administration to address practice issues.
• Act as a preceptor for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school with MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in a specialty with an unrestricted California license.
• Valid DEA and required certifications such as PALS, NRP, and ACLS.
• Experience in an accredited residency program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual pay rate: $260,000 - $300,000.
