Join First Student, the largest school transportation provider in North America, as a Lead Diesel Mechanic for the Cleveland, MO School District. As a Shop Foreman / Lead Diesel Mechanic, you will oversee school bus fleet maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and supervise technicians in the shop.

Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and track progress of work orders
- Maintain advanced knowledge of vehicle components
- Monitor shop performance and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- 5+ years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience
- Lead technician experience preferred
- Mechanic’s tool set required
- Willingness to participate in ASE certification program
