Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, conducting financial transactions, and offering financial solutions tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various financial transactions and inquiries.
- Open and manage customer accounts, including consumer and business accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting banking solutions.
- Comply with banking regulations and security procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
