Veterinary Technician - Neurology

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our Neurology team at the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha, WI. As part of our Level 1 Emergency and Critical Care Facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and clients. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $21/hr & up, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience required.
• Technical skills such as restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Ability to lift and restrain patients up to 50lbs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle client communication effectively.
• Advocate for patient care and develop long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Available for on-call rotation and possess a CVT certification.
