VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Real Estate Development and Marketing to join Parker Ranch Inc. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior-level executive position focuses on maximizing returns from the land portfolio and increasing lease income for the company. The role requires a commercial mindset, strong soft skills, honesty, integrity, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Generate realizations from the land portfolio.
• Grow lease income for the organization.
• Develop master-planned communities with a long planning horizon.
• Manage net operating income targets and capital budgets.
• Facilitate development in critical areas such as housing and long-term care facilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate development, preferably in master-planned communities.
• Deep understanding of the economics of real estate development and land acquisition/divestment.
• Experience in diverse product types including residential, commercial, and affordable housing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with county and state agencies for development projects.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 annually. Additional compensation and benefits may be offered based on candidate qualifications and skills.
