Job Description
Slumberland Furniture is hiring Warehouse Team Members to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of merchandise, including storing, distributing, and managing inventory. This role requires attention to detail, customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficiently move and organize merchandise to optimize space.
- Manage inventory using the point of sale system.
- Ensure accuracy in customer orders and system records.
- Provide training and support to other team members.
- Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
- Basic math skills and knowledge of tools and hardware.
- Valid driver's license and basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience with point of sale systems is desirable.
