1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to move and handle merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
