Job Description

ATA Services, Inc. is currently looking for Accounts Payable/Receivable specialists to join our team for a 4-month temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Environmental Department in Santa Fe, NM.

Key Details

• $23 per hour, paid weekly.
• Immediate start date.
• Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Expected assignment duration: 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, revenue tracking, and reconciliations.
• Execute payroll, default time, and grant reconciliations.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries and cost packages.
• Utilize SHARE software for financial tasks.
• Support Bureaus with administrative and financial tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with SHARE software.
• Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable.
• Familiarity with accounting software and online platforms.
