Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. As an Agronomy Applicator, you will be responsible for the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as ensuring the maintenance of application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. We are seeking an individual who is mechanically-inclined, enjoys hands-on work outdoors, and is proficient in operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals according to recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and vehicle appearance and functionality.
- Complete applicator logs, reports, and inventory management.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product delivery.
- Operate equipment safely and in compliance with all regulations.
- Assist in training seasonal employees and any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience is preferred but not required.
