This full-time position at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc involves the precise application of crop nutrients and crop protection products, alongside the maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. We are seeking an individual who is mechanically-inclined, enjoys hands-on work, thrives in an outdoor environment, and has a passion for operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and custom apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to recommendations and label directions.
• Ensure safe job performance in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and vehicles to ensure functionality and appearance standards are met.
• Conduct mechanic work on assigned vehicles.
• Complete applicator logs and reports.
• Monitor product inventory levels to avoid schedule disruptions.
• Handle loading and unloading of inventory.
• Promote business to existing and potential customers.
• Ensure timely product delivery to local destinations.
• Obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Assist and train seasonal employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
