Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Abacus Childcare. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing the curriculum, lesson plans, and assisting Assistant Teachers. You will also serve as a key liaison with parents, staff, and peers, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff, parents, and children effectively.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and handle employee issues professionally.
• Ensure a safe and caring environment for children.
• Comply with health and safety procedures, including First Aid and CPR.
• Lead by example, showing professionalism and positivity in all interactions.

Requirements

• CDA certification and classroom experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to follow state regulations and center policies.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to handle various duties as required.
