Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. Our Care Managers provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction while upholding Sunrise standards.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and maintain a supportive community environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED; previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic care team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and adhere to state regulations and certifications.
