Corp Counsel, Litigation

Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Counsel, Litigation to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines. The Corporate Counsel will manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters including antitrust, securities, patent, commercial, and employment disputes, and oversee the company's response to legal inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy and manage a variety of litigation matters globally.
• Interact with functional leaders to provide legal guidance on ongoing litigation.
• Lead internal investigations and support compliance initiatives.
• Develop expertise in Jazz business areas and stay informed about relevant laws.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong litigation experience in U.S. state and federal courts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, resolving legal issues effectively.

Education and Licenses

• JD degree and licensed to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions.

Location

This full-time position is based in the U.S. and reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation.
