Experienced Server - 1-2 years experience as a Server or Bartender is preferred

Job Description

We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic Servers to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Server, you will be the key Associate in delivering the Silver Diner brand to our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service by greeting guests promptly, delivering orders accurately, and suggesting menu items.
• Ring in orders promptly, handle POS functions, and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, pre-bus tables, and keep the station clean and stocked.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively, and complete assigned side work.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional aptitude for guest service, excellent communication skills, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Physical stamina to withstand a demanding work environment and meet all schedule requirements.
