Montgomery & Associates (M&A) is seeking a full-time early-career hydrogeologist to join our California Team. The position involves analytical support, including groundwater modeling projects and geographic information systems analysis. The role requires providing technical support across multiple tasks and projects, collaborating with team leaders, project staff, and managers.
Responsibilities
- Interpret lithologic, hydrologic testing, and borehole geophysical data
- Develop water budgets and hydrogeologic conceptual models
- Prepare technical reports and work across offices with task leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hydrology, geology, or engineering; graduate degree preferred
- Up to 4 years of experience in environmental consulting preferred
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, SQL, and Access databases
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in the field on occasion and hold a valid CA driver's license
