Inside Sales Representative - $20/hr

Job Description

LC Staffing is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join a thriving building products supply company. If you excel in customer service, have a passion for connecting with clients, and are eager to advance your sales career in the building material industry, we invite you to apply.

Pay

$20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer product needs and design specifications.
• Act as a vital link between various departments and customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Prepare accurate invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.
• Input customer orders and pricing information into the system.
• Coordinate special product purchases and deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels and operate the cash register.
• Research and handle credits, returns, and late payments.
• Initiate sales-generating calls to customers.
• Attend training programs and become an expert on company products.
• Provide technical support to drafting and engineering teams.
• Analyze lumber products using software tools.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in the building material industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
