We are currently seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team at Levco Management LLC for an apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leasing activities, marketing strategies, and ensuring a positive experience for our tenants. Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and follow up on leads.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, including posting advertisements.
- Process rental applications, execute leases, and manage deposit collections.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
- Assist with various administrative and property management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment management, lease up experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple leasing prospects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a background check.
