Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
