Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at H & A Farms LLC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our packing line while ensuring the maintenance of required line speed and product quality. You will work collaboratively with the packing line staff and Packing Floor Supervisor to promote efficiency and seamless workflow.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packing line daily.
• Maintain required line speed for efficient operations.
• Coordinate packing line staff to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor product quality to meet required standards.
• Communicate effectively with packing line staff and Packing Floor Supervisor.
• Work in a group/team environment to ensure smooth operations.
