Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Green Source Automation LLC in Jerome, Idaho. As a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in the life cycle of automated systems, from design to support. This position involves maintaining robotics systems in the dairy industry, performing scheduled maintenance tasks, and ensuring the optimal functioning of the automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all robotics systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and days, including occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skill set to complete maintenance tasks.
• Have a mechanical mindset and ability to understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Work with chemicals and demonstrate proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing.
• Effective communication skills, self-motivation, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
