Maintenance Technician

Our rapidly growing company, Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of our automated systems, from design and development to testing, installation, start-up, and ongoing support. It is essential for the successful applicant to comprehend the advantages of our systems and be dedicated to their further enhancement and application.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Robotics Systems within the dairy industry.
• Performing biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conducting weekly brush changes.
• Executing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Following set shift work hours and days, with the possibility of occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Willingness to acquire the necessary skill set for performing maintenance tasks.
• Possess a mechanical mindset.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience working with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
• Completion and timely submission of paperwork.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation details: $55,000 - $75,000 Yearly Salary
