The primary responsibility of this role is to administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently while providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Document medication administration and resident care activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication room and carts.
• Participate in risk management, safety protocols, and infection control measures.
• Contribute to team success through active participation and commitment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid necessary.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• Dedication to providing compassionate care and support to seniors.
