Job Description
We are currently looking for a Member Advisor to join our team at Hoosier Hills Credit Union. As a Member Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and are provided with the best financial products to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include advising members, cross-selling products, processing transactions, and maintaining account services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to members, always acting in their best interest.
- Build strong relationships with members through friendly and informative interactions.
- Champion knowledge of HHCU products and services to provide the best solutions for members.
- Perform account maintenance, process loans, and assist with budget counseling.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience and work environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in a retail setting with customer interaction preferred.
- Strong sales and service performance.
- Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment
- Normal physical demands with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting.
