Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join our Retail Department at Field & Main Bank. This full-time position involves providing essential cash services to customers, promoting bank products, and delivering exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and address customer needs by promoting bank products.
• Comply with bank regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service and cash handling experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
