Plumbing Quality Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Plumbing Quality Technician to join our team at NP Mechanical Rice Services Inc in Indio, CA. As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, completing plumbing services, educating customers, and ensuring quality standards are met. In this position, you will collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success, drive to various jobsites, and maintain organized job sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing services and drain cleaning for in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers during service visits.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Ensure all jobs meet quality standards and promptly resolve any emerging issues.
• Drive to different job sites and maintain organized job sites and well-inventoried trucks.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, and feedback.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Be capable of lifting up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workloads.
