Production Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Trainer to join Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training and developing new and existing production associates to ensure the efficiency and quality of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include acclimating new hires, enhancing the training program, communicating with supervisors, conducting evaluations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in lean manufacturing production or training, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to adapt to changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to the onboarding process.
• Enhance and improve the training program.
• Communicate with supervisors for training assignments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of lean manufacturing production or training experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and safe work practices.
• Physical ability to handle various tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift.
• Physical dexterity for handling supplies and tools.
• Visual abilities for close and distance vision.
