Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc. As the Care Team Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients, managing operations, providing education, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Under the supervision of healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for triage, direct care, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in infection control and age-appropriate care.
• Assess and address the physical, emotional, and socio-economic needs of patients and families.
• Provide urgent care, triage, and crisis management as required.
• Maintain accurate records using EMR and facilitate communication among healthcare team members.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform in-office procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate post-discharge care to prevent readmissions and complications.
• Participate in pediatric-focused continuing education and training.
• Adhere to practice policies and procedures while meeting physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team setting.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive medical information and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and email communications.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Maintain BLS certification and required CEUs as per licensure.
• Adherence to American Nursing Association Standards of Practice.
