Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Marriott Atlanta

Company: Dimension Hospitality

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly

Reports To: Assistant General Manager/Food and Beverage Director

Supervises: F & B Outlet Supervisor, F &B Outlet Associates

Job Purpose: To manage the restaurant's operation, maintaining established cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximize profits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and operational plans supporting company objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and financial reports, taking corrective actions.
  • Maintain product/service quality standards and implement sales/marketing programs.
  • Manage human resources functions, maintain physical assets, and ensure security measures.
  • Enhance communication systems, develop customer satisfaction programs, and perform other duties as necessary.

Job Skills

  • Read and interpret business records and reports for decision-making.
  • Use mathematical skills for financial interpretation and budget preparation.
  • Analyze and interpret established policies.
  • Adapt to changing activities and cope with interruptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years dining room supervisor experience, 1 year cashier experience, 2 years waiter exp., 1 year direct sales or retail trade exp.; or equivalent combination.
  • TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
