Job Description
Cassia is seeking an experienced RN, Director of Health Services (DHS) to join our team at Meadowview of Davenport, a new senior community in Davenport, Iowa. As the Director of Health Services, you will lead the clinical team to deliver exceptional care to our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. You will organize, direct, implement, and evaluate the clinical program, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. This role is integral in upholding Cassia's mission and values, aiming to provide the highest level of customer excellence to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments of potential residents.
- Oversee nursing care for Assisted Living residents.
- Create and implement individual Care Plans for each resident.
- Ensure residents' rights are protected and advocate on their behalf.
- Take fiscal responsibility for budget management in nursing and care areas.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff for a high standard of care.
- Manage the facility in the absence of certified designees.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in Assisted Living is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
