Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key part of our company, you will be involved in all aspects of our automated systems life cycle, from design to installation and support. The ideal candidate will understand the benefits of our systems and be dedicated to their development and application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Change brushes weekly and conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours, including occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary maintenance skill set.
• Demonstrate a mechanical mindset.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Work with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work both independently and collaboratively.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
