Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated RSC Human Resources Business Partner to join Ace Hardware, a leading company in the retail industry. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will be responsible for providing effective HR processes, advice, and support, as well as maintaining positive employee relations and high-level performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and encourage Ace Values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork.
- Provide coaching, consultation, and direction in areas such as staffing, employee relations, policy administration, and performance management.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and determine corrective actions.
- Oversee performance management, employee orientations, and various HR programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Adept at multitasking and working in high-pressure environments.
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
