We are hiring a Sales Engineer to join our team at R&M Materials Handling Inc in Springfield, OH. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing commercial and technical proposals for overhead material handling equipment in various industrial environments. Your role will involve analyzing and designing material handling solutions, communicating with distributors, and ensuring customer satisfaction through industry-leading service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and technical proposals for material handling equipment.
• Analyze and design material handling solutions based on customer requirements.
• Communicate with distributors to ensure accurate proposal delivery.
• Resolve product warranty issues and provide technical support to customers.
• Participate in training programs for distributors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in application or sales engineering in an industrial environment.
• Strong PC skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and address multiple issues simultaneously.
