Senior Engineering Manager - Civil

Moody and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our growing Civil Engineering practice. This position involves managing and designing technical activities for land development plans serving commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, developing proposals, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks on multiple projects adhering to high project management standards.
• Develop proposals, scope of services, and cost estimates for projects.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor staff members, ensuring project documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain necessary project permits and oversee project close-out processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering license in PA, additional state licensures beneficial.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with staff management background.
• Expertise in site development discipline, experience in related projects advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other engineering software.
• Collaborative, safety-conscious individual willing to travel as needed.
