Site Director-PIV

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Site Director - PIV at Career Systems Development Corporation. As a Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing student programs and activities to ensure the effective operation of the Job Corps Center and the achievement of objectives.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Meet center's established goals and objectives.
• Maintain 100% OBS and meet Career Transition goals.
• Build relationships with community leaders and employers.
• Ensure high data integrity in all reporting.
• Conduct regular departmental staff meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
• Provide necessary reports for the Department of Labor.
• Ensure safe operation of center functions and student safety.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and interviews for vacancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus three years' experience in program management in a similar training program.
• Experience working with youth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with students and effectively lead staff.
