As a Team Member, you will engage with guests and team members in a friendly manner, adhere to our processes efficiently, maintain food safety standards, show punctuality, and embrace a fun working atmosphere. Knife skills are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
Requirements
General Duties for Team Members (but not limited to):
- Interact with guests and team members in a friendly manner.
- Follow Smokey Mo's processes accurately and efficiently.
- Show up on time and in the correct uniform.
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Be open to varied work schedules based on restaurant needs.
- Be part of the team and enjoy the work environment.
Minimum Qualifications for Team Members:
All team members need a food handlers' permit. Cashiers are required to have a TABC certification. Candidates must be able to stand for 8 hours, multitask, lift heavy objects, and follow instructions accurately.
