Welder

Job Description:

Join Legend Manufacturing, Inc. as a Production Welder and be a part of our legacy in building premium aluminum trailers designed to endure the test of time. In this role, you will work collaboratively in teams to weld aluminum and steel enclosed, as well as aluminum open trailer frames.

Responsibilities:

• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
• Read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, torches, tape measures, and other tools.
• Read and execute BOM's and blueprints proficiently.
• Apply various weld types and joint types effectively.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel.
• Utilize framing jigs for models and layouts.
• Ensure accuracy in assembly and placement of components.
• Inspect work for quality and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience with power and hand tools preferred.
• Able to use a tape measure and follow instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train between departments.
• Ability to work full-time hours and pass a drug screening.
• Good attendance record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds.
