Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Managers. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. PRN positions are available on all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend care adjustments.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement in life-enriching activities.
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations, promoting Risk Management programs.
- Uphold Sunrise hospitality and service standards in dining and resident interactions.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility to serve residents with care and compassion.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
