Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Application Engineers.
• Lead technology communities and contribute to proactive design solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus engineering scale for internal applicants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native, Redux, and Frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and software testing.
