Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impact, and documenting resolution actions in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle and coordinate actions to resolve assigned Problems.
  • Ensure root cause analysis, fix issues, implement controls, and preventative measures.
  • Maintain inventory of problems and their progress in ServiceNow.
  • Identify process improvements and mentor support specialists.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00.
