Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Domino's team in North Pinellas County, FL. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $14.50 to $17.50 per hour, with bonus eligibility, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
- Develop team members by setting a positive example, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to staffing, training, paperwork, food management, time management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Promote the Domino's image standards, provide excellent customer service, and handle service recovery effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform all operational tasks and train others effectively.
- Proficiency in operating equipment, stocking ingredients, and preparing products efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
- Essential skills in basic math, accuracy in monetary transactions, and using technology for order processing.
