Job Description
Join our team at Genesis Healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care. Your role will involve evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
